Martial Arts & Fitness has 25 Fitness Kickboxing Classes a week including three diffrent class structures, Kickboxing, Fighter Fit and our NEW Kickbox Condidtioning Class. Classes start as early as 6:15am and as late as 7:30pm, Monday Thru Saturday.  Each class is only Forty-Five minutes in length so you can get a great full body workout Fast. You will agree Jim Graden's Martial Arts & Fitness Kickboxing classes are the most effective 45 minute in Fitness.
